Hi, Rachel,

Thanks for this. One thing that would enhance the results and increase interest is to cite the "N" for each question, i.e.,, the number of people answering. Just a thought....

Maybe offer the paper ballot to those who had trouble with the clicker(and want to be counted) and could use the paper and pencil a little easier..
Sounds as if most of us care about the church but need to be more involved to have a more active Collaborative.

Thanks for the feedback Joanne! I believe there was paper and pencil available for those who might have trouble seeing the projections or using the clickers, but perhaps we missed some people so it's a good learning for next time.

I found the questions both "leading" and some were difficult to answer as they needed qualification based on the question, so I didn't necessarily respond as positively as I would have liked. I assume the "polling" is difficult for elaboration. Just a thought that follow-up questions might be helpful.

Hi June, this is very helpful feedback for next time we do something like this. Thanks!

It is impossible to determine what a neutral response indicates. Does it mean:
"Why are these questions being asked of me?"
"Let me think about this and get back to you."
"This thought has never crossed my mind before." or
"Please leave me alone!" ??

Hi Suzanne, thanks for pointing this out. It's interesting that despite (or maybe because of?) that ambiguity, "neutral" was the most popular response for some questions. All good things to think about for next time. Thanks for sharing this observation!

Ten from our New Roads Catholic Community Social Justice Ministry were able to attend the Archdiocese of Boston Justice Convocation last Saturday as an exhibitor. We shared the Homelessness forum of the Tri-community -Belmont, Waltham and Watertown which included many community members on the planning committee.
