Looking ahead to the future can fill us with excitement and anticipation, but it can also fill us with worry. Worry means to think about problems or fears. It is to feel concern about something bad that might happen to us. When we worry, we turn over and over again in our minds events that are beyond our control in some hope of taking control. Jesus taught very practically that worry is useless. It does not add value to our lives and can only distract us from enjoying what God has given us. Ultimately, God is greater than all of the things we worry about. In this series we look at the useless nature of worry and how to fight against it.
