Sacramental Preparation
Welcome! We are so glad to welcome you to our sacramental preparation program. Sacramental preparation is open to all families with children in second grade or above as of September 2020. In winter & spring 2021, preparation will be fully virtual for children and parents. We anticipate in-person rehearsal and First Eucharist celebrations in April & May 2021.
Preparation involves:
--3 child workshops (total) during January, February, and March 2021; 2 parent workshops, 1 in January and 1 in March 2021
--1 in-person First Eucharist Rehearsal anticipated April 2021
--1 in-person First Eucharist celebration anticipated May 2021
Each workshop will be virtual this year. The children’s workshop will be asynchronous. We will offer our children participants small virtual discussion groups following each workshop and will invite each child to join at a specific time and date. Parents will participate in a virtual workshop meeting. Please note that at least one parent is required to attend each parent workshop. We look forward to journeying with you and your family this year!
Registration for 2021 is now closed. If you have questions about sacramental preparation, please email Erin Woodbury or call 617-484-0279.
